Our Building Surveying team includes Chartered Surveyors with experience in all sectors. They conduct a broad range of surveys including defects diagnosis and planned preventative maintenance advice as well as specialist surveyors for occupiers, landlords and investors.
We undertake a range of technical due diligence work advising clients on disposal and acquisition across residential, commercial and industrial properties as well as having specialist expertise in contract administration, dilapidations and the assuming the role of Principle Designer (CDMC).
We pride ourselves on bespoke, client focussed advice and work collaboratively with colleagues across the practice. Our expertise is reflected in the variety of our instructions and spread of our work around the country which includes a significant proportion of recommendations and repeat client instructions.
