We are thrilled to announce a number of promotions reflecting the continued personal growth of our team members here at eb7.
Daniel Sumner has been promoted to Associate Director in our rights of light / daylight sunlight team. A long standing senior member of staff Dan manages a varied workload which includes recent experience leading advice on a number complex regeneration schemes. He is a trusted advisor to a number of major clients and has developed great contacts across the industry and acts as a guide and mentor within eb7 ltd.
Next up is Bilaal Ali who has been promoted to Senior Surveyor in the rights of light / daylight and sunlight team.
Bilaal has seen a huge amount of professional growth during his career. In the past year alone he has advised on a number of portfolios of work with a particular focus on maximising under-utilised sites with complex constraints.
Always approachable, Bil is a committed ambassador for the business having presented multiple CPDs and been instrumental in organising our successful 2023 young professional’s event – stay tuned for details on the follow up in 2024!
Finally Matthew Adams has been promoted to Senior Surveyor. Matt guides clients with clear, commercial advice and has developed detailed technical knowledge of daylight & sunlight for planning and legal rights of lights.
Matt has been advising on a number of high-profile developments across the country, including housing regeneration sites, commercial office, student and later living schemes. He has also taken a prominent role in promoting eb7 ltd through networking and acting as an ambassador at graduate employment events.
